As per the Hotel Rule
1. Use exhaust fans in toilets. 2. In kitchen use exhaust fans as well as kitchen hood fans while cooking. 3. Don’t use electrical appliances (except TV, lights, fans and mobile chargers) when the electricity is powered by Inverter. 4. Please close all the windows before switching on the air conditioners. 5. Always use the air conditioners at 24 degrees ( it’s good for the body and it helps save a lot of electricity) increase the fan speed or set the fan in auto mode 6. Avoid sleeping and laying down on sofa sets 7. Don’t put wet clothes on any furnitures 8. Number of people coming to occupy should not be more than specified. We charge for number of people staying. Incase more number of people are coming, should be informed and paid extra before check in. We shall arrange extra beds, sheets, pillows, blankets and towels for them. 9. We prefer the guests not to move around the house with shoes 10. Please remember to switch off lights, fans, water heater, A/C, and other electrical equipments when not in use 11. Smoking is allowed outside the house and in balcony only 12. Open the windows which are equipped with mosquito nets. 13. The trash bin in the kitchen is located in a shelf underneath the counter. Remember to empty it on a daily basis. There is a waste pit outside the main apartment building on the left back corner of the compound 14. Please avoid loud noises from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am as the house is in a calm residential colony. 15. There is 24/7 caretaker at the premises. His name is Mr. Babu. He can assist you in cleaning, get groceries / food etc. His charges are INR 50.00 per hour. It shall be paid to him directly on a daily basis. You can access him from the utility area in ground floor or from the back side of the house.
