• 19.92 % Taxes applicable on rates as per Govt. Rule
• Check-in Time - 12 Noon & Check-out Time - 11 Am
• Rates are on double occupancy basis. Children below 5 years complimentary.
• Extra person is chargable @ 750.
• Rates are valid From Oct 1st till Sep 30th  2015 .
• Peak Season hike of Rs.1000 applicable on room rates during Christmas
               ( Dec 20 – Jan 5) and Diwali (Oct 18th to Nov 5th).
• Christmas and New year Gala Dinner supplementary charge of Rs. 1250/head is mandatory
              on Dec 24th & Dec 31st
• Off season – from 5th June, July, Aug , Sep,
• Management holds the right to make changes on rates without prior intimation.

• Advance payment can be either by Cash or Cheque/NEFT/RTGS to our Bank Account
               before check in.  
• All payments have to be cleared before the guest checkout.
