Guests must send a reservation request. All bookings made through the Site are agreements between the Host and Guest.  Once the Host has agreed they are available for the requested daes, the Guest can proceed to make the Booking where they agree to pay a non-refundable Booking Fee.

Cancellation Policy

100% Refund - If cancellation is made 15 days prior to check-in.

50% Refund - If cancellation is made 7-14 days prior to check-in

No Refund - If cancellation is made 6 days prior to check-in.

Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and there will be no refund.

Refund would be made within 7 working days to the account from which the booking payment was made.

The refund will be made on the basic tariff only.

There will be 10% processing fee applied.

Cleaning Policy

Please keep the noise level down, especially at very early or late hours.  This is both for your roommates and your neighbors. In house smoking is strictly prohibited. Please be sure to always lock the front door of the apartment, whenever you leave the house, whether someone is home or not.
