1.   We advise you to guarantee your reservation against full/partial payment by Credit Transfer, Bank Transfer or Service Voucher before the cut-off date.

2.    In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.

3.   If you book the Advance Purchase Rate, full payment is taken at the time of booking which is nonrefundable and nontransferable in case of cancellation or modification.     
There will be an Early Departure Fee in the event of checking out on an earlier date than the original booking was made for.

 4.   In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you/your guest holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange an alternative accommodation.

 5.   The above information about hotel accommodation in Standard is provided in good faith but is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

6.   Booking canceled between seven (7) to three (3) days from the date of arrival will carry a 15% retention charge. Beyond 48 hrs from the date of confirmation will carry a 50% retention charge. The last-minute or in 24 hrs from the date of arrival will carry a 100% retention charge.

7.   All refunds shall be adjusted in future bookings only.
